This mysterious pain relief product is no longer a mystery, thanks to Melissa Ulloa. Ms. Ulloa wrote to me on November 5, 2005 in response to reading the NY TIMES Fading Memories:  Painted Signs, Relics of a Bygone New York, Become Even More Rare By JOSEPH BERGER
The side of the building was stuccoed in 1998, so alas- another fading ad bites the dust.
